Caroline hanging out with the monkeys :)

Two of my monkeys at the Zoo!

Cuddling in the bed with their matching pj's :)
So my attempt to be a blogger has failed miserably :) I guess two posts in 4 months is pretty bad. We had a fantastic Christmas. The girls had a blast. Caroline loved all of the paper to chew on and Alyssa Kate had "Dora" themed presents. It was so much fun to watch the excitment through their eyes. Caroline is now 6 months old fully sitting up by herself, saying Mama and Dada and trying to eat solid foods. Alyssa Kate is almost a month from 3 years old and loves playing with her new ABC game her Aunt Ashley gave her. She is amazingly accurate with matching her letters and playing the game. Wes is on Christmas break and loving all the time off with his girls. I have already taken down the Christmas decorations and am glad to have my clean house back :) I will attempt to have post some new pictures.

Attempting to be a blogger!

This is my feeble attempt at becoming a blogger. We are living such a crazy life now with both the girls that this could very well be my only post :) Caroline is almost 10 weeks old and thriving. It seems like forever ago that Alyssa Kate was this little and you forget how amazing God created us to be with everything she is learning and how she is changing every day. She loves to chew on everything and is relunctantly participating in tummy time...needless to say she is not amused with that time of her say. Alyssa Kate loves being with her little sister and Caroline loves to watch Alyssa Kate run around...she looks like she is watching a tennis match.
Alyssa Kate is obsessed with Elvis Presley right now. Every night Wes has to find "Blue Shoes" as she calls it on You Tube and she dances which includes standing still and shaking her left leg. We got video the other night of her sitting at the desk after her bath jammin to Elvis.
Wes started his second year of law school this week and is loving every minute of it. The man thrives on challenges :) I am loving being home with my girls and have don't start back to work for another 3 weeks. At that time I will be working weekends because I really want to stay home during the week and play with my girls. This allows me to work 24 hours a week and get paid for 32. It will be great. The girls get to stay with their daddy on the weekends...and variuos grandparents.
I will attept to continue this but this might be all you get :)
