Fall Fun

A friend, Amy, threw a Halloween party for the kids Wednesday. We had a blast! She used to be a teacher and put together a wonderful morning of fun activities and yummy treats. This year the girls are fairies and thanks to a few friends letting us borrow a few items they are adorable!

The activity I ran was the candy corn spoon race...needless to say there was the one and only race because only the big kids wanted to try.

Alyssa Kate really liked trying not to lose her candy corn...the "Sumners" tongue out technique aids in the concentration!

The made a few crafts one of which was this cute picture of candy corn with torn paper.

When I snapped this picture I was taken back with how graceful and beautiful she looked

This morning another friend, Jill, took family pictures of us at a local park. She is extremely talented and I can not wait to see what she got. After the shoot the girls changed clothes and got to play on some of the cool equipment at the park. They had a blast!

I told Wes about Alyssa Kate's technique when climbing the wall and he said he need to take her to a climbing center and really see what she can do.
